I have 2 kids (Tyler 11 and Hanna 8), a beautiful wife (Jana . no specified age), and 2 dogs, one a Boston Terrier named Sassy and an English Bulldog named Snoop.
I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as Wakeboarding, Dirt Biking, Snowboarding and almost anything else I do with my kids.
I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto in 1996 and immediately entered into general private practice. First in Medicine Hat, Alberta then Edmonton, Alberta, then Fort McMurray, Alberta and now luckily we have made the move to the gorgeous Okanagan Valley. This is it we are here to stay!
I have attended many continuing education courses in areas including cosmetics, lasers, root canal therapy & prosthetics (dentures & bridges).
Recently I have become very interested in the area of dental implants. I began formal training for dental implantology in 2000 with continuing education courses in Toronto, Montreal, and various areas in the United States. These were all excellent courses however I felt that a more structured program was needed before I felt comfortable offering these services. In 2004/2005 I attended the Pacific Implant Institute in Vancouver , BC and completed the Advanced Surgical Program and am currently working toward their Mastership designation.
I am a certified Fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
